Take a phrase, like this one and find out what it means to YOU? How do YOU feel when you read this line? For probably the first time, you will feel like you can take any phrase, word or lyric and discover the hidden meaning that belongs to you and you only.

2- THERE IS MAGIC IN STILLNESS

A new tool to sit in silence like you have never done before and introduce youself to two concepts that you might have never even known that you can see. You will introduce yourself to your Ego and Higher Self. Thats deep, right? Trust the process. This will definitely take you to another level of greatness.

3- YOU JUST GOTTA BREATHE

You will have knowledge on how the breath works, both visually and mecanically. The excercises in this chapter will give you the power you need for singing, speaking and acting. Without the breath and the correct posture of your body, you got nothin'.

We go back to when you were 5 years old. We find that scream in you at that age when you didn't have a care in the world but just living "in the moment" and being truly present in those moments. What happend now that you're older? WE FORGOT ALL OF THIS STUFF!!!!!!!!! We need to be in touch with this and connect with all of your experiences in your life.
